THE PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL OF ARLES IS one of the GREATest EVENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY LOVERS. IT RUNS EVERY YEAR DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, STARTING WITH AN OPEN WEEK, THIS YEAR HAPPENING FROM THE 5TH TO 11TH OF JULY 2021. FOUNDED IN 1970 IN ARLES, THE FESTIVAL HAS GAINED INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION AND IS VISITED EVERY YEAR BY THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE INTERESTED IN PHOTOGRAPHY, ARTS, AND IN THE HISTORIC HERITAGE OF THE CITY. IN FACT, THIS SITES ARE USED AS A BEAUTIFUL BACKGROUND SCENOGRAPHY FOR EXHIBITIONS AND PERFORMANCES HOSTED DURING THE FESTIVAL. DURING THE FESTIVAL, EMERGING AND AFFIRMED TALENTS IN THE PHOTOGRAPHY WORLD RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE AND CONNECT WITH OTHERS FROM THE COMMUNITY.
